He is a expert in talent management which includes acquisition, training, and chanelling of talent towards the efficient execution of the organizational objectives.

After his last stint in IT, Yogesh has decided to venture into Startups; and at Sushrut Designs, one of his dreams to develop innovative medical products is becoming a reality.
